Type of Repair: Self Leveling Underlayment
Outline of Work Performed: Shot blast surface to remove surface contaminants, install moisture tolerant epoxy primer, install cementitious underlayment at 2” average thickness with welded wire mat for added strength. Work completed over a weekend for quick turnaround
